It's Time! Yes, it is 'that time of year again'- time when students must seriously ponder any questions, hopes, and goals for the upcoming year. Students are considering what classes they would like to take and course selection forms are being completed; some students are considering joining additional after school clubs while others decide what sport to play each season next year. It's time for students to start planning out the next chapter of their high school journey.
As for our seniors, many college applications have been submitted; many employment opportunities explored; so now it's time to finally enjoy all the memorable activities that come with being part of the senior class at CHS. It's time for the 2016 Lip Dub, which was released last week and the final product was amazing! It's time to make plans for prom, senior week events, senior class trips, and, of course, graduation.
It's time for students to remember all the challenges and adventures from year(s) past and use those experiences to shape their visions for the upcoming year. For some students 'next year' means advancing to the next grade level in the CHARMS Alt Ed program, while for others it means, for the first time, transitioning out of the CHARMS program and venturing off independently as they pursue post-secondary visions. Regardless, it's time.
